Welcome to the Time-Aid Software website. By using the www.Time-Aid.com website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use. Please carefully read the following terms. If there is objection to the terms of use agreement one should discontinue use of this website. The term "you" or "one" refers to the users of the Time-Aid Software. The term" we", and "our" refers to the Aczen Innovation and its management team.

This agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Time-Aid software developers and the users of Time-Aid. Understandings with respect to the site, the software provided through the site and the subject matter of this agreement.
This agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest agreement will be posted on the site and you should review this agreement prior to using the site.
Use of Software
Any software or related materials that are made available to download from this Site or otherwise provided to you ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Time-Aid and/or its licensors (if any). You must be a registered Time-Aid subscriber in order to download and/or use the Software. Furthermore, your right to download and/or use the Software will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable end user license agreement.
Limitations of Use
Unless otherwise specified in the terms, Time-Aid is for your professional use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, products or services obtained from Time-Aid. If you breach any of these terms, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any materials in your possession obtained from the Site (including Materials requested pursuant to the Site and sent by Progress Software via email or post).
