Time-Aid works as a stand-alone software, and can be integrated into larger, existing systems.  As a stand alone product Time-Aid gives the individual complete control. However Time-Aid is designed to be easily integrated with existing business systems, providing a higher quality time-capture input while maintaining existing workflow and technology.

Stand Alone

Time-Aid is designed to serve the individual, so it is perfect for the small office and solo practitioner. It is simple, easily implemented by the individual, and a low cost / high benefit system. 

• Individual users update their own project / task or matter lists and output their own timesheets. 
• Timesheet output can then be entered into existing timesheet / accounting / project management systems already in place at the users office.

Enterprise Integration
A truly simple time-capture system, from the user's perspective, Time-Aid is specifically designed for direct integration into existing management systems. Time-Aid can be integrated to provide accurate and complete information directly into enterprise management systems.

• Designed to integrate with existing project management, practice management, productivity tracking, accounting and timesheet systems. 
• Connectivity - Time-Aid can be customized to access project / task / matter data for the individual as per the controls of the existing management system. The system outputs the user's time and activity data directly back into those management systems.

BlackTrack: Designed to automatically capture BlackBerry activity data (Phone, Email and SMS) and automatically feed it into either version of Time-Aid, or to output it directly as an emailed report. This add-on provides a more complete view of a user's activity and captures activity that is otherwise very difficult record.
